Section 98, The Goods and Services Tax Act, 2009

If a book, record, or computer-stored information referredto in this Act is not in English, the Commissioner-General may, by
notice in writing, require the taxable person keeping the book, record,
or computer-stored information to provide, at the person’s expense,
a translation into English.
