A certificate of the official receiver that a person has beenappointed trustee under this Act shall be conclusive evidence of his appointment. (2) Where the limited time so appointed or allowed is less than six days, holidays shall not be reckoned in the computation of the time. (3) Where the limited time so appointed or allowed expires on one of the days specified in this section, the act or proceedings shall be considered as done or taken in due time if it is done or taken on the next day afterwards which is not one of the days specified. (4) This section shall take effect notwithstanding anything contained in sections 23, 24 and 25. Miscellaneous
