Section 96, The Bankruptcy Act, 2009

(1) The court may review, rescind or vary any order madeby it under its bankruptcy jurisdiction.
(2) An order of the court shall be subject to appeal to the
Court of Appeal.
(3) The appeal shall be lodged within twenty-one days
from the time when the decision appealed against is pronounced or
made.
