the Company " means the Sierra Leone Selection Trust Limited: Ineans the Government "the Government Diamond Office Diamond OfMce established under Clause 3 of the Agreenment set out in the Schedule to the Diamond Corporations Agreement (1959) (Ratification) Act: "the licence " means the licence set out in the Schedule to the Agrccment set out in thc First Schedule to the Diamond Agrccnncnts and Licence (Ratification) Act as amended varicd or affected by the Agreement set out in the Second Schedule thereto and as further amendcd varied or affected by the Agreements set out in the Schedules to the Diamond Supplementary Agree ment (1951) Ratification Act, 1952, the Diamond Supplementary Agreement (1954) Ratification Act. 1954, the Diamond Supplementary Agreement (1955) Ratification Act, 1956, and the Diamond Supplemen tary Agreement (1956) Ratification Act, 1956; * the Minister ", means the Minister of Lands, Mines and Labour. 4. Diamond produced by the Conmpany under the licenceand in the possession of the Company, or its agents, at the dateof the commencement of this Act shall be valued by valuatorsappointed by the Government of Sierra Leone. The Minister shall make rules to regulate the markeinB of al] djamond produced by the Company under the licence.
