An omole licence may be revoked by the Minister if Revocationof omole
the licence holder
(a) fails to supply a licensed company with the quantity
of omole specificd in such licence, or
(6) fails to observe any other condition of such licence; or
(c) is convicted of a criminal offence under this Act.
