The sum of nine trillion two hundred and fourteen billiontwo hundred and six million four hundred and sixty six thousand
eight hundred Leones shall be and is hereby granted to His Excellency
the President for and during the year two thousand and twenty one
to be applied and expended in the manner herein described and for
the several services set forth in the Schedule.
