(l) A person, including a corporation, partnership, or Attemptingassociation, who intentionally abe$ the commission of, aids ," f**oft "', commiE attempts to commit or does any act preparatory to or in furtherance ofthe commission ofan offence under this Act conunits an offence and is liable upon convictio to the same penalty as that prescribed in respect of the substantive offence under this Act. @) An offence may be deemed to have been committed under subsection ( I ), notwithstanding where the act in question took place.
