Section 15, The Medical Examiners Act, 2021

(1) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary containedin any law, the certificate of the Chief Medical Examiner, under seal,
shall be received in any court as prima facie evidence of the fact
stated in the certificate or attached to the certificate.
(2) A certificate of the Chief Medical Examiner under his
seal shall be presumed to be that of the Chief Medical Examiner.
