Section 41: Certificate of Registry.

(1) A Certificate of Registry shall be in such form as may be Prescribed. (2) The Certificate of Registry shall include— a) the name of the owner of the ship, his occupation and address and where there are more than one, the proportions in which they are interested in the ship; b) the date and place where the ship was built; and c) the details given in the tonnage certificate.
