Section 8: Proper officers.

(1) The Minister may, by Government Notice, appoint a person to be a proper officer for the purposes of this act.
(2) The Minister may, by Government Notice, determine that a specified class of persons is a class of persons for the
purposes of this section, and a person included in the class of persons shall be deemed to have been appointed a
proper officer for the purposes of this Act.
