Section 5, The regulation of wages and industrial relations-act-1971

(1) The Minister may make rules providing for— (a) the filling of vacancies on the Joint National Board caused by death, resignation or absence from Sierra Leone of any member of the Joint National Board; (b) the fixing of rates of remuneration and expenses to be paid to any member of the Joint National Board; (c) the conduct of meetings of the Joint National Board. (2) Subject to the provisions of this Act and to any rules so made, the Joint National Board may regulate its procedure in such manner as it thinks fit.
