Section 167: Legal Proceedings.

Subject to the provisions of this Section legal proceedings pending immediately before the coming into force of
this Constitution before any Court, including civil proceedings by or against the Government, shall not be affected by
the coming into force of this Constitution and may be continued accordingly.
