Section 170: Swearing of President.

The person who held or acted in the office of Chief Justice immediately before the commencement of this
Constitution and notwithstanding any law to the contrary shall administer the oath of President as prescribed in the
Second Schedule of this Constitution to the person designated as the President of Sierra Leone by virtue of Section
21 (4) of this Constitution.
