Section 173: Official Seals, etc.

The Public Seal, the seals of the High Court. the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court together with any duplicates thereof and any other official seal, as well as any prescribed forms, in use under any enactment in force immediately prior to the commencement of this Constitution may be employed on and after that date by the corresponding authorities under any enactment in force at the said commencement and contained in the former enactments
