A person shall be qualified for election as President if, and shall not be so qualified unless, he—
a) is a citizen of Sierra Leone;
b) is a member of the Recognised Party;
c) has attained the age of forty-five years; and
d) is otherwise qualified to be elected as a Member of Parliament.
