Section 72, REPEALED THE CONSTITUTION OF SIERRA LEONE 1978-12

Subject to the provisions of this Constitution, no person shall be under any civil or criminal liability in respect ofthe publication of a) the text or a summary of any report, papers, minutes, votes or proceedings of Parliament, or b) a contemporaneous report on the proceedings of Parliament, unless it is shown that the publication was effected maliciously or otherwise in want of good faith.
