Section 91: Appointments.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 136 of this Constitution, and save as otherwise provided in this Constitution, the President shall acting in consultation with the First Vice-President and in accordance with the provisions of this Constitution or any law governing the same, appoint— a) to any office to which Section 118 (which relates to offices within the Jurisdiction of the Judicial and Legal Service Commission) applies; b) to any office to which Sections 138 and 139 (which relate to the offices of Permanent Secretaries and certain other offices abroad) apply; c) the Governor and the other Members of the Governing body of any State Bank, Banking or Financial Institution.
