Section 1: Section 1 of the Medical Practitioners and Dental Surgeons

Act, 1994 is amended by the insertion immediately after the definition
of “dental surgeon” of the following definition:-
“health care facility” means premises in which health
care, including customary system of therapeutics, is
provided;”
