Section 27 of the principal Act is amended by the repealand replacement of subsection (2) thereof by the following:–
“(2) Where a person is found guilty under subsection
(2) of section 26, such finding shall not be affected
by any appeal against it and shall accordingly have
effect unless it is set aside on such appeal”.
