Section 17, Environment Protection Agency Act, 2008

(1) The Agency shall establish such departments as itmay think necessary for the performance of its functions.
(2) Without prejudice to subsection (1), the Agency shall
establish the following departments:–
(a) Chemical Control and Management
(b) Information, Education and Communication
(c) Environmental Compliance and Enforcement
(d) Inter-Sectoral and International Cooperation
(e) Finance Department; and
(f) Administration Department.
