(1) From a date to be appointed by the Minister bystatutory instrument, no person shall import halon for fire fighting.
(2) Subsection (1) shall not apply to the Sierra Leone
Armed Forces, the Sierra Leone Police, the Sierra Leone Fire Force,
the Sierra Leone Airports Authority and the Sierra Leone Ports
Authority.
