Any person who imports or exports any controlledsubstance or controlled product shall– (a) keep a record of names and addresses of persons or firms to whom the substance or product has been supplied or distributed and the amount of substances supplied or distributed to such persons or firm; and Forfeiture of imported or exported substance and products. Application for permit. issue permit, etc. Customs verification of goods. maintain register of importers and exporters.
