The sum of one trillion and eighteen billion sixhundred and twenty one million seven hundred thousand
leones shall be and is hereby granted to His Excellency the
President for and during the year two thousand and eight to
be applied and expended in the manner herein described
and for the several services set forth in the Schedule.
