The Accountant-General is hereby authorised andrequired to pay out of the Consolidated Fund for the several services specified in the Schedule, such sums as may be specified in the Warrant or Order of the Minister responsible for finance, issued from time to time up to the total sum of one trillion and eighteen billion six hundred and twenty one million seven hundred thousand leones which shall come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of December, two thousand and eight.
