Section 9: An Identity Card issued under this Act shall–

(a) be–
(i) prima facie evidence of the matters
contained therein; and
(ii) satisfactory evidence for the purposes
of section 14 of the Electoral Laws Act,
2002, and
(b) have such security features as the Minister
may, from time to time, direct.
