How we protect your members
- Private by design. You see counts only: how many joined and how much the service is used. You never see anyone's questions, documents or legal matters, and very small numbers are hidden so no one can be identified.
- Problems with you are never covered or reported. If a member's problem is with your organisation, Tima tells them privately that your cover can't be used for it and points them to independent help.
- Lawyers stay independent. Members choose any verified lawyer. Lawyers set and bill their own fees directly; MiLAWYER never collects, holds or shares legal fees, and pays or receives no referral fees.
