In force, as amendedThe Companies (Amendment) Act, 2014, Sierra Leone
Section 60 of the Companies Act, 2009 is amended byinserting the following new subsection-
“60 (2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), the common
seal shall not be required for purposes of
incorporation.”
