Section 18, The Companies (Amendment) Act, 2014
In force, as amendedThe Companies (Amendment) Act, 2014, Sierra Leone
Section 73 of the Companies Act, 2009 is amended byrepealing and replacing subsection (5) with the following new
“(5) If an inspection required under this section is
refused, or if a copy so required is not sent within
the proper period, the company and every officer
of it who is in default shall be liable in respect of
each default to a fine not exceeding Le 5,000,000.00"
