Section 35: Section 184 of the Companies Act, 2009 is amended in

“(1) Without prejudice to paragraph (b) of section
342, if a company fails to comply with the
requirements of section 179 the company and any
officer in default shall be liable to a default fine of Le
850,000 for each day during which the default
continues.”
