Section 36, The Companies (Amendment) Act, 2014
In force, as amendedThe Companies (Amendment) Act, 2014, Sierra Leone
Section 185 of the Companies Act, 2009 is amended insubsection (7) by repealing and replacing that subsection with the
“(7) Without prejudice to paragraph (b) of section
342, if a company fails to comply with the
requirements of section 179 the company and any
officer in default shall be liable to a default fine of Le
850,000 for each day during which the default
continues”
