Section 40, The Crown Lands Ordinance, 1960

Any person who cuts or takes any wood or thing from oroff any Crown land without having a licence or other authority for that purpose granted under this Ordinance, or in breach of any condition of such a licence or authority, shall be guilty on of an offence, and liable, on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding fifty pounds.
