Section 223: Persons to be present.
RepealedTHE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACTS, 1965, Sierra Leone
The Sheriff and the Keeper of the Prison, the Medical Officer in charge of the Prison, the Chaplain of the Prison
or other minister of religion, and such other officers of the prison as the Sheriff requires shall be present at the
execution.
