Section 5, The Corrosive Substances Act, 1969

No person shall sell, supply or deliver any corrosive acidto any person not licensed to purchase or obtain corrosive acid who purports to be sent by or on behalf of a licensee unless (a) such person produces a written authority signed by the licensee to receive the corrosive acid on the licensee's behalf; and (6) the person supplying the corrosive acid is satisfied that such written authority is genuine.
