The sum of one hundred and ninety-five million two hundred and three thousand, one hundred and thirty-six leones shall be and is hereby granted to His Excellency the President for and during the year nineteen hundred and eighty/eighty-one and the same shall be applied and expended in the manner herein described and for the several services set forth in the Schedule.
