Section 31: Audit Service.

(1) The Auditor-General shall submit annually to
Parliament a copy of an Annual Performance and Financial Report
including the audited financial statements of the Audit Service, not
later than six months after the end of each financial year.
(2) The annual performance and financial reports and the
reports of Auditors shall be made public.
