Section 32, The Audit Service Act, 2014

All reports of the Auditor General published for the benefitof Parliament shall be treated as Parliamentary report and all privileges accorded to Parliamentary reports shall be so accorded to them and to the extent that no civil or criminal proceedings shall be instituted against the Auditor General on the basis of any report published by him for the benefit of Parliament.
