Section 19: A contracting authority may terminate a PPP Agreement-

(a) when it can no longer be reasonably expected
that the private partner will be able or willing
to perform its obligations, owing to
insolvency, material default or otherwise; or
(b) for compelling reasons of national or public
interest, subject to payment of compensation
to the private partner as agreed in the PPP
