Section 26: The Council shall consist of the following members:–

(a) Minister responsible for finance who shall be the Chairman; (b) Minister responsible for trade; (c) a representative of the Office of the President, who shall be appointed by the President; (d) Minister responsible for lands, (e) Attorney-General and Minister of Justice; and (f) Chief Executive Officer of the Sierra Leone Investment and Export Promotion Agency; (g) a representative of the civil society movement; and (h) Minister responsible for local government.
