Section 29, Weights and Measures Act, 2010

(1) No weight, measure or instrument for weighing ormeasuring shall have a greater error than the limits of error prescribed
by any regulation made under this Act.
(2) Any weight, measure or instrument for weighing or
measuring which is within the prescribed limits of error shall be
deemed to be just and true for the purposes of this Act.
