Section 33: The Minister may by statutory instrument make

Regulations–
(a) prescribing the fees to be charged for
stamping, marking or verifying weights,
measures and instruments for weighing or
measuring;
(b) modifying, amending or revoking any of the
provisions of the Schedules to this Act;
(c) otherwise for carrying into effect the
principles and purposes of this Act.
