Section 1, NPRC DECREE N0.7 1992

(1) There is hereby established a Council to be called the ADVISORY COUNCIL which shall consist of fifteen [struck through by hand] members. (2) Members of the Advisory Council shall not be paid any salary but shall be entitled to allowances as the National Provisional Ruling Council shall approve.
