Section 88, The Arbitration Act, 2022

(1) Where a party to an arbitral proceeding takes part orcontinues to take part, in the arbitral proceedings without making, either forthwith or within such time as is allowed by the arbitration agreement, the arbitral tribunal or by this Act, an objection that - (a) the arbitral tribunal lacks substantive jurisdiction; (b) the arbitral proceedings have been improperly conducted; Rights of person who takes no part in Loss of right to object.
