Section 93, The Arbitration Act, 2022

Nothing in this Act shall be construed as excluding theoperation of any rule of law consistent with this Act, in particular,
any rule of law as to -
(a) matters which are not capable of settlement
by arbitration;
(b) the effect of an oral arbitration agreement; or
the refusal of recognition or enforcement of
an arbitral award on grounds of public policy.
