Section 19, The Environment Protection Agency Act, 2022

(1) There shall be established in each of the administrativeregions of Sierra Leone and in such districts, as the Board may determine, regional and district offices of the Agency. (2) A district office established under subsection (1) shall be under the supervision of the regional office in the region within which the district office is located. PART V - FINANCIAL PROVISIONS
