Section 20, The Environment Protection Agency Act, 2022

(1) The activities of the Agency shall be financed byfunds consisting of- (a) moneys appropriated from time to time by Parliament for the purposes of the Agency; (b) moneys given to the Agency by way of gifts, endowments, bequests, grants or other contributions by persons and organisations for the purposes of the Agency; and (c) any other moneys which may, from time to time, accrue to the Agency.
