A person who imports or exports a controlled substanceor controlled product shall-
(a) keep a record of names and addresses of
persons or firms to whom the substance or
product has been supplied or distributed and
the amount of substances supplied or
distributed to such persons or firms; and
(b) make such record available when requested
by the Agency.
