Section 47, The Environment Protection Agency Act, 2022

(1) A person shall not store a controlled substance orcontrolled product unless in a secure storage facility approved by the Agency for the storage of controlled substances or controlled products. (2) The Agency shall prepare guidelines for the storage of controlled substances and controlled products under subsection (1). (3) A person who stores controlled substances or controlled products in contravention of the guidelines issued by the Agency under subsection (2) commits an offence and is liable on conviction, in the case of- 50,000,000 00 Leones or to imprisonment for a term of not less than 3 years; and PART VIII- AUTHORISED OFFICER, ANALYSIS AND RECORDS
