Section 178, The National Communications Authority Act, 2022

(1) A licensee aggrieved by a decision of the Authoritymay within 30 days of receiving the order appeal to the High Court, (2) Unless the decision of the Authority is suspended by an order of the high court, such a decision shall remain in force- (a) during the period referred to in subsection (1); or (b) while the appeal of the licensee is under consideration by the High Court.
