Section 48, The National Communications Authority Act, 2022

(1) Within two months of acknowledging receipt of thedeclaration , the Authority shall ensure that the proposed services are in compliance with the existing regulatory framework. (2) Where a declarant complies with the existing regulatory framework the Authority shall issue a certificate of registration to the declarant after payment of the declaration fees. (3) Where a registration is refused, the Authority shall issue to the declarant a written notice stating the reasons for the refusal.
