Section 47, The National Communications Authority Act, 2022

(1) A declaration submitted to the Authority shall containthe following information – (a) the list and kind of services offered; (b) the arrangements for commencing the (c) the geographical coverage of services in the country; (d) the conditions of access by their customers; (e) the rates or tariffs to be charged to users. (2) For non-infrastructure-based resellers of existing licensed services or value-added services, the Authority may also require a description of the services as well as a description of the ways in which resale will be carried out and the geographical area where the services will be resold in order to ensure consumer protection
